From hotels to the internet, from car sales to manufacturing and they come in all sizes. But what is it that makes Slovenia a desirable place to do business? That is what Destination Slovenia is all about. Is it the quality of workforce, costs or the geographic position - we plan to find out. Maybe there is something to learn, for other companies or even Slovenia. Slovenia offered a larger labour force than the original location in rural Austria as well as a shorted access to a port for export. However he is really an Austrian and the land of his vineyard was relatively recently returned to his family from the state. It makes a very interesting story as he also runs his large family house in Ptui to the benefit of several small freelance Slovenes.
